Snow Day!!

A surprise snow stormed dumped 2 heaping spoonfuls of fluffy white stuff on Busan yesterday. Busan isn't accustomed to such events, so it more or less paralyzed the cities. They don't have plows, the streets and sidewalks turned skating rinks. Citizens were using spoons and dustpans to break the ice and make walking safe. To fix the icy streets the public works department was shoveling sand out of the back of a dump truck. It was quite the scene. And one that won't be repeated for another 107 years...that's the last time it snowed this much here.
